Scott H. Kaminski is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has been a trial attorney for 25 years. Scott concentrates his practice on injury cases including automobile accidents, slip and falls and medical malpractice. Scott has 25 years of experience in litigation including trials, discovery and mediation/arbitration.
Scott has extensive experience in the courtroom. He has tried a variety of cases in both state and federal court. Scott has represented both injured parties, insurance companies and corporations in a variety of matters as both plaintiffs and defendants. His experience in this regard is invaluable to understanding both sides of a case and how the other side is likely to evaluate and strategize in a particular case. Moreover, Scott has appeared before numerous judges, both in state and federal courts, and he has a solid understanding of their expectations. In addition, Scott has appeared before various regulatory tribunals including the West Virginia Board of Nursing, the West Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board and others representing clients who have experienced challenges to their professional licenses.
Scott resides in Charleston with his wife, Erin and their three dogs, Sidney, Geno and Cutch.
